eCOGRA Authorised to Offer Inspections in the Netherlands

eCOGRA, a leading independent testing laboratory, has been officially authorised by the Netherlands Ministry of Justice and Security as a designated inspection body, and can offer online gambling operators and suppliers a full suite of regulatory assessment services as required by Kansspelautoriteit.

Any independent inspections of online gambling systems in the Netherlands, after March 31st 2023, are required to be carried out by a designated inspection body that has been approved by the Ministry.

Commenting on the approval, eCOGRA Chief Technical Officer, Bradley Khoury said “Our designation is the result of a remarkable and collaborative effort by eCOGRA and close liaison with the Irish National Accreditation Body, our relevant legal representatives, and the Netherlands Ministry of Justice and Security”.
